Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To start a return or exchange, email us at Jerzeebrand@gmail.com with your order number     and reason for return.

 

Non-Returnable Items​

For hygiene and safety reasons, socks and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

Need a different size or product? Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship out the replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability).

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it right away.
